Hi! I have been a Sous Chef, Pastry Chef and Restaurant Manager for almost a decade and have 30 years in the restaurant industry. My degree is in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of Virginia, where I graduated Cum Laude, with many awards in baking excellence.
I only use top quality ingredients, and have allergen certification and alternative baking certification. I can make anything, but my passion is not in decorating or tiered cakes. Everything I make is top tier delicious and I love creating desserts that invoke wonderful memories. I look forward to serving you, and making you one of my many sweet customers.
Cakes and Cheesecakes start at $25 for 6”, however standard size cakes at 9” start at $45, and prices are based on size and flavor profile.
Cookies start at $18.00 per dozen, however specialty cookies such as Black & Whites can be ordered in smaller quantities at a different rate.
Pies start at $10 for pumpkin, chess pie, and go up from there.
For orders under $20, full payment is due at time of order. For orders over $21, a 50% deposit is due at time of order with balance due at pickup/delivery.
Military and first responder discount of 10% and free delivery within a five mile radius. Discounted delivery after 6 miles.
