About

My name is Brad Taylor. I am a bearded weekend warrior home baker. I’ve always loved cooking and baking using whole, natural ingredients. I began baking with a natural leaven in January of 2020. Since then I have worked on sourcing organic ingredients and learning as much as I can about using natural leaven and the slow, ancient method of fermentation in baking. I am taking my love for baking and turning it into a part-time income for our family. I have a small menu of rustic, traditional artisan sourdough breads and sourdough sandwhich breads that are soft enough and tasty enough for any picky child. New and seasonal items being added.
