Welcome to The Bakery Nook, a sourdough cottage micro bakery ran by Rachel, your local sourdough baker. Based in Davenport, FL, we specialize in hand-crafted sourdough bread and bagels, bringing the timeless art of fermentation back to life.

Our mission is simple: to provide delicious, wholesome, simple ingredient baked goods without added preservatives to our local community.

We offer weekend porch pickups every Saturday and Sunday from our home bakery in Davenport. For our Central Florida customers, pick-up arrangements can be made prior to order confirmation via email or Instagram DM.
