This option of Cinnamon Rolls is made with a combination of sourdough starter and dry active yeast. The biggest difference between these and my sourdough cinnamon rolls is that these are made same day and do not have the 2 day fermentation process which means these rolls do not have the tartness that the sourdough cinnamon rolls offer. The dough is sweetened with honey and the interior is butter, cinnamon and sugar. Topped with my Buttercream icing. Allergens: wheat, dairy, egg
