I take great care in planning and prepping for your custom orders. Because I limit the number of bookings I take to ensure quality, the following policy applies: Deposits: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Your order is not confirmed until this is paid. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than [e.g., 14 days] before the pickup date may apply their retainer toward a future order. Short-Notice: Cancellations made within [e.g., 7 days] of the date are non-refundable and non-transferable, as ingredients have been purchased and labor has begun. No-Shows: If an order is not picked up within [e.g., 30 minutes] of the scheduled time without prior communication, the order is forfeited without a refund.
