A rustic loaf of crusty “rye” bread. Black cocoa powder is used to dye this bread its traditional brown color and mimmick the taste of real rye flour. Seeded throughout with flax, sunflower, and whole caraway seeds.
This “rye” bread toasts amazingly well and makes for a phenomenal Rueben sandwich.
