A fine-woven cheese cloth that is reusable, hygienic, and washable. How to use: Fold in half on bench, dust lightly with flour and place your loaf upside down (seam side UP) onto the liner. Lift the ends of the cloth up to cradle your loaf and gently place into your banneton (bread basket). How to clean: Shake off any excess flour from the cloth, wash with other dish towels on 40-60⁰c in your machine. Hang to dry.
