Family comes first—literally. I’ve got it tattooed on my ribs, so there’s no forgetting it even if I tried. I’m a dad and a self-taught baker who rebuilt his life one step—and one loaf—at a time. What started as a personal comeback turned into a passion for crafting fresh, smoked-baked bread that surprises people every time.

Every batch I make is a reminder of how far I’ve come and the future I’m building for my family. This shop isn’t just a business; it’s proof that second chances can rise just like good dough… especially when you treat it right and don’t rush the process, kind of like life.

No ovens. No shortcuts. Just real wood-smoked flavor in every loaf.

What I Offer:

• White, Honey Cracked Wheat, Cinnamon Raisin, Jalapeño Cheddar & more

• Smoked-baked rolls, sandwich loaves, and custom batches

• Limited small-batch BBQ add-ons for select orders

Pricing:

• White is $7

• Standard smoked-baked loaves: $10–$12

• Specialty loaves: $12–$14

• Smoked dinner rolls: $10 per dozen

• $5.00 For delivery

Policies:

• 50% deposit required for large orders within 48 hours of booking. 4 loaves or more

• Final payment due at pickup

• Large orders may need extra lead time (good bread and good smoke both take patience)
