We first ordered for my daughter's 1st birthday and we were so pleased with how it turned out, it was beautifully made and delectable. It was definitely a crowd pleaser. We enjoyed it so much that I ordered again for my wife's birthday and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended 👍👍👍.

I can not recommend Petal & Crumb enough, I'd had so many bakers decline my requested floral design for my Mam and Aunties surprise 70th Birthday but was met with nothing but kindness and enthusiasm from Petal & Crumb. The cake tasted absolutely amazing and was talked about for days following, the design was perfect too! I won't go anywhere else now!

Every time I bought a cake from *Petal & Crumb* I was very delighted with the magnificent taste. The fine creams made me always order them when I feel the need for a quality treat. These cakes are a true work of culinary art. I highly recommend! ❤️‍🔥💣

I ordered a strawberry custom-designed birthday cake, and it was absolutely beautiful! The design matched exactly what I asked for — elegant, personalised, and picture-perfect for the celebration. The flavour was just as impressive: soft, fluffy sponge layers with fresh strawberries and buttercream that wasn’t overly sweet. You could really taste the freshness in every bite. Everyone at the party kept asking where the cake was from! Truly a perfect balance of taste and style .I highly recommend for any special occasion. We picked Kayla to make our wedding cake having seen the stunning photos on her instagram. She was so helpful through the whole process and the cake turned out exactly as I had envisioned! It also tasted fantastic and all the guests raved about it; the sponge, jam and buttercream were all some of the best I’ve ever had.

I’d ordered 2 cakes with Kayla following a recommendation. I had no real idea what design I wanted. Kayla was very patient and accommodating. Right up to the last minute of the design, Kayla was helping to suggest details we could add to finish the cake off. The chocolate cake with icing and ganache is delicious. I was worried the icing would be too sickly, but it was honestly not the case. We are now on cake order 4!

Kayla made my besties 30th birthday cake, she was so friendly and professional. She really understood what I wanted and excelled in expectations! The cake not only looked perfect but tasted divine!!! Highly recommended, I wouldn’t go to anyone else now!

Kayla was brilliant throughout the process from initial enquiry to the cake being devoured! Initially we weren’t going to get a wedding cake but when we found Kayla, saw her designs and that she was a local baker we decided we needed one. Kayla was super responsive replying in good time and helping us choose size of cake to make sure everyone got a slice. Her added info on transportation and serving really helped too as our venue was 2 hours away and we had to go over the day before. She nailed the design preference, simple but effective, and not only did it look great, it tasted incredible! We opted for plain sponge with her homemade raspberry jam which was just phenomenal. We loved it genuinely one of the best cakes I’ve eaten and so many of our guests commented on it too! Since then we’ve ordered a second cake for a big birthday celebration and that was just as good even after a crazy 8hour drive to Cornwall. Would recommend anyone wanting a stunning delicious cake to speak to Kayla!

I ordered one of Kayla’s cakes and it was honestly perfection from start to finish! The design was stunning and exactly what I asked for so much attention to detail. The cake itself tasted incredible light, fluffy, and full of flavour without being overly sweet. You can really tell it’s been made with love and care. Everyone was asking where it was from! I messaged this angel with a ridiculous request of a last minute cake and then had to change the date of the collection to be earlier. Not only was she understanding but she communicated perfectly and I just knew that she would pull through. Her customer service was 10/10 could not fault her for anything. Now the cake itself was so well decorated and packaged and then taste was bang on. The cake was soft and baked correctly and the icing and fillings were made insanely well. Honestly the work she pulled was nothing short of a miracle. I admire her kindness and empathy towards people like me being stressed by the simplest of things and she managed this top professionalism. I will be ordering from here again.

Kayla is incredible!! As well as being the sweetest human she nails the brief every time. I asked her to do a 30th birthday cake for my friend and she loved it so much she contacted Kayla for a surprise cake for my hen do in return, and she absolutely smashed the theme. Both cakes were designed exactly how we envisioned but with Kayla’s extra creativity! Stunning and taste great, 10/10!!!!!

Kayla is honestly the best in the game! Her attention to detail is next level. I ordered my cake from her with short notice and she pulled through with taking my order and I was picking up my cake all within 24 hours! Couldn’t recommend her more!! Can’t wait to order again soon!

I had never ordered a custom cake before so I was a little weary about messaging petal and crumb, however the experience was amazing, Kayla helped me through out the whole process and was able to create my dream cake exactly how I was imagining it, it was absolutely perfect, could not ask for a better baker !!

Kayla used a photo of her wedding cake for inspritation and the cake looked amazing.
