I work closely with each couple to design a cake that feels personal to you, whether you’re after something romantic, playful, or completely unique. Every wedding cake is fully custom, so we’ll have a consultation to chat through your ideas, flavours, and design. Whether single tier or multiple tiers, each tier is made with three layers of sponge as standard and finished with silky Swiss meringue buttercream. For weddings where the cake will be in display, I do coat the cake in a ganache layer to ensure stability - especially if your wedding is in the warmer months! Extras like additional layers, bespoke designs, or decorative touches can be added to make it just right for your day. It’s always such an honour to be part of a wedding, and I’ll make sure your cake looks beautiful and tastes just as good.` To enquire about a wedding cake please place an order request.
