2) When should I place my order?
All sourdough bread and sourdough focaccia require a two-day notice. Other fermented baked goods, such as sourdough chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and muffins, etc. require at least 24 hours- 36 hours of preparation time.
3) Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in Deland, Florida, primarily in the Daytona Park Estates subdivision.
4) What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Due to the nature of the baking process, all sales are final. If you need to request a change, please contact me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate if I haven’t started your order yet.
5) Do you offer delivery?
Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on the drop-off location.
INGREDIENTS & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
1) Do you offer gluten-free options?
I do not offer gluten-free *sourdough* baked goods, but I can extend the fermentation of sourdough to break down 97–98% of the gluten for those with gluten sensitivity.
2) Can you accommodate nut allergies?
I can omit nuts from a menu item, but everything is made on shared equipment. Ordering is at your discretion.
3) Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?
Yes, I offer vegan and dairy-free options, including vegan butter and some vegan treats. All sourdough bread is naturally vegan unless it contains cheese or other dairy products.
4) Do you use artificial dyes or preservatives?
No, I only use high-quality, natural, organic ingredients, and any colorants are derived from fruits and vegetables.
I prioritize sourcing locally; i.e. ingredients, grains, vendors (when possible) & sustainable packaging options (when available).
SOURDOUGH & BREAD CARE
1) How should I store my sourdough bread?
Store in a paper bag, ziplock bag, or wrapped in a clean towel for up to 2–3 days. To retain freshness for a longer period of time, refrigeration is not recommended. Instead, cut loaf down the middle(in half), slice, then add to freezer ziplock bag, & store in the freezer for up to 6 months! Toast directly from frozen for an even lower glycemic index.
2) Do you sell sourdough starter?
Yes! Fresh, active sourdough starter is available.
CUSTOM ORDERS & SPECIAL REQUESTS
1) Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, I do take bulk orders depending on availability. Please contact me in advance to discuss your needs and ensure I can accommodate your request.
2) Do you take custom flavors or flavor inclusions?
Custom flavors & inclusions are always dependent on ingredient and time availability. If you don’t see a flavor you want, feel free to reach out! I may be able to accommodate your request if I have the ingredients or the time to source them.
