Hišš¼ Iām Casey, owner and baker behind Organic Oven Microbakery. Baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a self-taught, generational baker, Iāve always been inspired by the tradition of creating wholesome, delicious food from scratch. Whether itās experimenting with recipes or crafting something entirely new, the kitchen is where my creativity truly shines.
At Organic Oven, everything is made fresh to order with care and intention. My offerings are rooted in quality and simplicityābaked goods that nourish the mind, body and soul. Organic, fresh milled grains, local & sustainable ingredients when possible & available in my area. My sourdough bread, in particular, is a labor of love. Naturally leavened and slow-fermented, itās nutrient-dense and packed with flavor, offering a taste of tradition in every bite.
