The spaetzles are made fresh using organic ingredients and pasture-raised eggs, then combined with French, Swiss, and German cheeses in a cream base before being baked. After baking, they are topped with thinly sliced onions fried to a crisp in grass fed butter and freshly chopped chives.

This is pure, stick-to-your-ribs, filling German comfort food. 😋
