I absolutely love Moonrise Bakery! Their bread is on a completely different level compared to anything you can find in a regular grocery store. Everything tastes fresh, homemade, and made with high-quality ingredients. My favorites are the blueberry muffins and the fig, brie & pecan sourdough, both are absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their unique flavors. Highly recommend!

Moonrise Bakery is a standout. The quality of their sourdough bread is exceptional, and the guava and cheese bread is so delicious it practically doubles as a dessert. The service is consistently friendly, and I truly appreciated the extra goodies included with my order. It’s high-quality, great-tasting, and well worth the cost—I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Sylvia of Moonrise Bakery offers delicious sourdough baked goods-I got the plain sourdough large loaf and bagels-probably some of the best I’ve ever had! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Believe me when I tell you, I know good sourdough when I see/eat it! My sister in law is a Master bread maker of all things sourdough with extensive training and knowledge. I could tell just by looking at Sylvia's bread, that it was going to meet my expectations. And boy did it ever! The bread is not too soft and light, not to heavy or dense. It's perfect! The specialty loaf, double chocolate espresso, was next level! I have other people I buy sourdough from, but Syliva will now be my go to!

We got the regular sourdough loaf and the cinnamon sugar bagels, they’re amazing!

I got the onion and Gruyère sourdough. It was fresh and delicious. Sylvia was very accommodating as well. I can’t wait to try more of her goodies!

Everything was fresh and simply delicious. I ordered the cinnamon buns in lemon berry, mocha,velvet and regular. OMG! Sweet but not overly sweet. Great with coffee. The loaf...well it's done for. It lasted ONE DAY! I will be ordering again.

Oh my gosh, I ordered four different things and they were all delicious my favorite bread with Brie cheese figs and walnuts. Out breakfast was outstanding.

My first order… although I LOVE the blueberry lemon loaf, I have to admit the Everything bread loaf stole the show…. Zero preservatives…, 200% delicious…..

I’m a first time patron and I will absolutely be a returning customer! I got the Gruyère and caramelized onion, a flight of mini loafs cheddar jalapeño, double chocolate espresso, cinnamon and brown sugar and blueberry. Each one was better than the last 😋. I can’t wait to try the orange blueberry bagels I also got 🥯😋😋😋

This was my first time ordering from Moonrise Bakery, and it’s definitely not your typical bakery. Their bread is made to order, which is what first caught my attention. Once I placed my order, I received updates and details about it, and the communication throughout the process was great. Pickup was easy, and the bread was beyond my expectations. I ordered the Brie, Figs & Pecans Sourdough, and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for such a great experience!

Besides the amazing communication as to when and how to pay and the timing of when the order would be ready, I also received my order by drop off! That’s all a bonus, the real treat is the perfection of the bread and rolls and treats!

The flavors of the Double Chocolate Expresso bread is insanely rich and outstanding. As my husband says "this is too good to toast" lol. The plain bagels are soft too n perfect sourdough flavor. So good you can eat without a spreading. Wonderful job, I'll be coming back for more choices. Prices are great. High quality.

Easily the best specialty sourdough bread in TBay!! (coming from a true sourdough snob) I’ve tried the pepper jack loaf and the guava & cream cheese, and both were incredibleeeeee. I’ve eaten more bread in the last two weeks than I have in months… and honestly, no regrets 😂🫶

If you’re thinking about ordering, do it—you won’t regret it! I ordered the double chocolate espresso loaf and the cheddar jalapeño loaf, and both were absolutely incredible. The flavor and quality are top-notch, and you can really tell everything is made with care. The loaf sizes are also very generous and definitely worth it. I also got to try a SD cinnamon roll, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had—truly out of this world (and I don’t say that lightly!). I can’t wait until they are on her menu for good! I’m already looking forward to ordering again and trying more. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing sourdough bread!! I was intrigued by pictures of the beautiful Blueberry Lemon and was hooked by the Strawberry Cream cheese. I know that next weeks special will be a fan favorite.
