Any orders that require a delivery by Lani Cakes 808 is subject to a Delivery Fee that can range from $10 - $30 -- depending on size of custom order and distance to destination from Lani Cakes 808's homebase. At delivery and observation of your custom order, you will sign an Agreement Form that states you agree that your order was delivered safely in prestine condition.

If chosen to pick up directly from Lani Cakes 808, you, the customer, are responsible for your custom order once handed off. At hand off, you will sign an Agreement Form that your custom order has been observed and confirm that it is in prestine condition. Therefore, if custom order is damaged in any way from your transportation to set-up, Lani Cakes 808 is not responsible for the damages, and a refund will not be issued.

Lani Cakes 808 requires a 3 week lead time for orders. Any orders placed/requested for a date less than 3 weeks will be subjected to a fee. Any orders placed less than 1 week will be subjected to a rush fee. Fees can range from $25-$50 depending on size of order and date requested.

For pre-sale orders, payment is due at checkout to reserve your order. For pre-sale orders, you agree to pick up your order at the arranged time window. You are responsible for reaching out to Lani Cakes 808 for any changes to pick-up. If you fail to pick up an order, there will be no refund issued. A minimum non-refundable down deposit of 50% of your total order is due to reserve your requested date for custom orders. If the down deposit is not received at least 2 days after the invoice has been sent, you will forfeit your date. A 3 week lead time is needed. Any orders placed less than the 3 week lead time are subject to a rush fee. This will be made aware to you, the customer, before the invoice is sent. If choosing to pick up your order and order is in prestine condition, any damages done after handoff is your responsibility, and no refund will be issued. Please inquire about delivering and delivery fee. The delivery fee is based on location distance from Lani Cakes 808's original location. You, the customer, are responsible for informing your guests of any allergens. Lani Cakes 808's will ask/discuss ahead of time with you, the customer, if there is any allergy awareness needed. Acknowledging this agreement, you also acknowledge that you will abide by the instructions on your Aloha Card on how to care for your cake. Following the instructions is important to keep your cake in prestine condition. Once full consultation is done, an invoice with all requests and pricing will be sent to you via email or phone number.

Although Lani Cakes 808 appreciates inspiration photos to get an idea of what you're looking for, Lani Cakes 808 can't replicate cake and cookie designs. Lani Cakes 808 utilizes inspiration photos while having room for creativity.

Base/starting price covers bake time, ingredients, buttercream for crumb coat -- in other words, a plain white covered cake.
