I’m Kamara, the owner and baker behind Khloe’s Konfections lovingly named after my daughter. We specialize in handcrafted, made-from-scratch desserts that bring joy to every celebration. From custom cakes and cookies to stuffed cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and cake pops, everything is made with love, high-quality ingredients, and bold flavor.

Whether you’re treating yourself, celebrating a milestone, or ordering a custom creation, I’m here to bring your dessert vision to life.

Order Placing Policy

All orders must be placed through our Bakesy shop or by texting 210-602-7041.

After an order is requested, the required retainer or full payment must be made within 24 hours or the order will be cancelled.

Full payment is required for single treats, bake sale items, and pound cakes at the time of order.

Kustom orders, treat packages, and party packages require at least 7–10 days’ notice.

Orders placed with less than 7–10 days’ notice will be subject to a rush fee of $25–$75, depending on the order size and complexity of the design.

For kustom cakes and packages, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date (see Retainer Policy below).

Inspiration photos are welcome, but please note we will not copy another artist’s work. We use inspiration for colors, themes, and styles while creating a design unique to Khloe’s Bake Shop.

Retainer Policy

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking all custom cakes, treat packages, or party packages.

Your order is not confirmed until the retainer is received.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before your event date. Orders placed within 2 weeks of the event require full payment upfront.

Retainers secure your event date and ingredients. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

All retainers are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the pickup/delivery date, the full balance remains due, as ingredients and prep work are often already completed.

Delivery Policy

Local delivery is available for orders over $35 within a 10-mile radius of 78245. Delivery fees may apply.

All two-tier (or larger) kakes require delivery, which will include a delivery and setup fee.

If a customer chooses to pick up a two-tier (or larger) kake, Khloe’s Bake Shop is not responsible for any damage once the cake is handed over.

Delivery time frames are agreed upon during booking. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the scheduled time.

We are not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery.

Pickup is also available in 78245 — the exact location will be shared once your order is confirmed.

Pickup Policy

Pickup times are scheduled in advance and must be confirmed by both parties.

If you are running late, please text 210-602-7041 as soon as possible. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may be left outside for contactless pickup (we are not responsible for damage due to weather or delay).

Orders not picked up on the confirmed date will not be refunded.

Kake Guidelines

Kakes are typically frozen to maintain freshness. Please take them out 1 hour before your event for the best cutting and serving experience.

For specialty kakes, like burn-away designs, do not refrigerate as this may ruin the final look.

If using a lighter or candle for design reveals, please use at your own risk and under adult supervision.

Always remove all cake toppers and decorations before attempting any special effects.
