Delivery Required: All 2-tiered kakes must be delivered for safety.

Delivery Fee: Starts at $25–$35 (distance + setup may increase fee).

• 50% non-refundable retainer required to reserve your date.

• Balance due 2 weeks before event.

• Orders placed under 7 days may incur a rush fee (if available).

Delivery & Setup

• All 2-tiered kakes must be delivered—no pickups (stability & transport safety).

• Delivery starts at $25–$35; final fee based on distance, venue access, and setup time.

• Please have a sturdy, level table ready in a cool, indoor location at delivery.

• Outdoor events in heat/humidity: we are not responsible for damage if the cake sits in high temperatures.

Design Changes & Pricing

• Changes allowed up to 14 days before event (after that, may not be possible).

• Final price depends on tier size, flavor choice, décor complexity, florals, toppers, and custom design requests.

• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

• Retainer is non-refundable.

• If canceled more than 14 days before event, any amount paid beyond the retainer may be credited to a future order (case by case).

• Less than 14 days: payments may be forfeited due to supplies & prep already begun.
