Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: For custom cakes and large orders, at least 7–10 days notice is recommended. Some items may be available for same-day or next-day pickup when posted.
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: Yes, custom orders require a $150 minimum. Some smaller items may be purchased individually when listed on the menu.
Q: Do I pay in full to reserve my order?
For single treats, bake sale items, and pound cakes, payment is required in full at the time of order.
For custom cakes, treat packages, and party packages, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event date.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Date changes are not guaranteed and depend on availability.
Q: Where do I pick up my order?

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, local delivery is available for orders within a 10-mile radius of 78245. Delivery fees may apply.
