Ingredients: Blend (tapioca starch, brown rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, buckwheat flour), water, sourdough starter (made from brown rice flour), raisins, psyllium husk, organic maple syrup, avocado oil, cinnamon and salt (bagel boiled in: water, baking soda, brown sugar).
