A selection of gluten free sourdough breads will be available in a freezer at Curate: A Local Mercantile in Centennial (not at Aspen Grove!!). Located behind the check out counter in the bottom of the upright freezer.

If you’d like freshly baked bread, place a pre-order for pick up at either Curate location: Centennial or Aspen Grove.

Orders placed by end of day Monday each week will be delivered to the Curate store you select by Thursday at 2 pm.

Welcome to Just As Good Gluten Free Bakery! My name is Amy and I specialize in gluten free baked goods, prioritizing in breads. As someone with Celiac, keeping your food safe and gluten free is a top priority!

I’ve been gluten free since 2013 and I love to spend my days in the kitchen trying to master the art of baking gluten free. I enjoy creating treats for my daughter, who also has Celiac, and the rest of the family, (the gluten free critics), all of whom help shape my work!
