The bakery will be closed the weeks of June 7th and June 14th.No pre-orders or breads will be available at Curate markets during these weeks. 

A selection of gluten free sourdough breads will be available by 2 pm every Thursday at the following locations: - Curate A Local Mercantile at Aspen Grove (back left corner) - Curate A Local Mercantile in Centennial Pre-orders are available each week for pick up at either location as well. Orders placed before 5pm on Monday each week will be delivered to the Curate store you select by Thursday at 2pm. Orders placed after 5pm on Monday will be fulfilled the following week.

Welcome to Just As Good Gluten Free Bakery! My name is Amy and I specialize in gluten free baked goods, prioritizing in breads. As someone with Celiac, keeping your food safe and gluten free is a top priority! I’ve been gluten free since 2013 and I love to spend my days in the kitchen trying to master the art of baking gluten free. I enjoy creating treats for my daughter, who also has Celiac, and my husband and two other kids, the gluten free critics, all of whom help shape my work! 💕 Amy
