Do you have a storefront where I can purchase your items?
We are a home bakery operating under Michigan Cottage food laws. We bake from our home for select pick up dates and farmers markets. See any upcoming sale dates in our schedule/calendar.
Our home pick up location is currently in South Lyon on Daleview Ct, but we are moving Oct 2025 to Timberpine Ave in Holland, MI.
Does your bread freeze well?
Yes!! All of our items freeze very well! We don’t include any preservatives, so our breads freeze and thaw much better than store bought breads.
We recommend slicing your loaf and freezing in an airtight container or bag. Then pull out the slices you need, thaw or put them directly in a toaster.
How long does your bread keep?
Our bread was baked within 24 hours of your purchase. Depending on the season, it can last from several days to more than a week. But it tastes best when it’s the freshest, so we recommend that any bread you are not going to eat in 2-3 days, you slice and freeze it. Then you can pull out the amount you need and either thaw it, or put it frozen right into your toaster.
Can I freeze your pretzels?
Yes! Our pretzels are great snacks when you freeze them the day you buy them. Put them in an airtight bag or container and pull them out and go directly into a toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, or even microwave.
How long will the pretzels last?
Our pretzels are best the day you purchase them. They are still OK the second or third day, but start to become chewier. They can be refreshed in a toaster, but our best advice is to freeze any uneaten pretzels the same day that you bought them. Then when you pull them out, they can go directly into your toaster, toaster, oven, air fryer, or even microwave.
Do any of your products have dairy or eggs?
No. All of our products are vegan, which means egg free, dairy free, and 100% delicious!
Are your products nut free?
We do offer several products that contain either peanuts, walnuts, pecans, or almonds. Our equipment is shared across these allergen foods, so if a possibility of cross contamination is an issue for you, we may not be safe. Feel free to reach out with specific allergy questions .
Are your items gluten free?
No. While the nature of our sourdough process breaks down gluten, and may be suitable for certain gluten intolerances, we are definitely not gluten free.
We have had lots of customers tell us that they can tolerate our products with their specific gluten sensitivities, as well as diabetics having good luck avoiding glucose spikes that would come with traditional breads. But our product is not for everyone with gluten sensitivities. If you want to give it a try, we suggest one of our petite loaves to start with!
