Both tasted so fresh and were full of flavor-will definitely be a regular!

Both were so delicious! I plan to purchase often. Best sourdough I’ve ever had. Yummy. Fresh. High quality. And excellent service with fast turnaround time!

Tried the chocolate espresso bread it was absolutely delicious. The size of the loaf was quite large I was very pleased. Quick response to questions very pleased with over all with service. Looking forward to trying more items.

Today I bought two loaves of bread… Double Chocolate Espresso, and a Jalapeño Cheddar they were OUTSTANDING, so if you want to treat yourself to a real piece of art, try one of these loaves or any of the others. THEY ARE GOOOOOD.

Everything I’ve ordered so far has been phenomenal and customer service is second to none. The bread is delicious on its own or as a sandwich. I like my bagels toasted and these bagels get a nice crispiness to them while being soft and chewy on the inside. They also don’t make me feel heavy and bloated like store bought bagels do. I plan on ordering again and again.

I purchased my first order of chocolate cookies and holy smokes they were incredible one of the best I’ve had. I hope there are more flavors to come.

Not all sourdough is the same. I definitely am a “In Crust We Trust” fan and a future patron. I never thought about a sourdough chocolate chip cookie, but WOW! Kinda glad (and sad!) I only got one lol.

This was our first experience with In Crust We Trust, and it was amazing! We chose the sampler, and each flavor was delicious. Not only that, but the prices are more than fair. Communication and pick up instructions were perfect and clear. We will definitely order again!

I ordered cinnamon rolls, regular sour dough, and blueberry lemon sour dough. I had my daughter pick it up and she said the cinnamon rolls were calling her name and she needed one for the ride home. Needless to say, they were a hit. Wala went out of her way to have our order ready before Easter. Will definitely be a returning customer.

The cinnamon buns and bread were a hit this easter morning. Awesome treat. Definitely will order again.

The Protein Sourdough from In Crust We Trust is absolutely amazing! Crisp crust with an airy, chewy texture. With a light smear of butter, this bread is perfection! Do yourself a favor and add on an order of the sourdough chocolate chip cookies, also amazing!

Everything was so delicious. My kids devoured the cookies and cinnamon rolls. We are still working on the large sour dough loaf and it too is just as amazing. If you haven't ordered, now is the time. I will be placing another order soon! Thank you Wala!

Wow! I must say, Wala Hussein from her awesome business “In Crust We Trust”. She makes really good sourdough bread made-to-order. Pickup my order just yesterday. It was fast, and the communication with her was excellent! I never had sourdough chocolate chip cookies before and I tried them and I’m now hooked on them 😂. So if anyone was looking for some homemade sourdough bread 🍞 try Wala’s bread. You’ll be glad you did! - Matty

This was my 2nd order within a month and just as good as the first! Had to get the cheddar jalapeño again and tried the double chocolate expresso. That is a great lightly sweet treat that I literally ate as a dessert! Will definitely be ordering again!

I've been looking for a home local baker for a few months now and I'm so glad I found one !! I purchased the Zataar loaf and sourdough bagels. My boyfriend and I couldn't contain ourselves as soon as we got in the car it smelled so good we ate nearly half the Zataar loaf on the ride home it was so good! I had to stop him so I could save some to make sandwiches with lol. About to have a bagel for breakfast now and it smells amazing just as I was cutting through it. Definitely will be coming back for more!

Sourdough loaves were sooo good!! My family espeically loved the Jalapeño Cheddar loaf. Highly recommend.

My favorite sourdough bread! It’s always fresh and warm and stays fresh for days! Always taste amazing and love that I get to try so many flavors! My new favorite right now is the middleeastern! 😋😋 and the original just taste amazing with anything, my daily breakfast! Always stocked up! Wala is amazing!

First, the whole transaction couldn’t have been easier, clear product info and pickup instructions! Secondly, the bread is 10/10🔥! I tried the cinnamon brown sugar and it has the right amount of sweetness. And the jalapeno cheddar is chefs kiss, I can’t wait to use it for a grilled cheese sandwich! Amazing sourdough bread...perfect crust and amazing flavor. My family were stalking me as I was cutting and sampling this amazing bread. My son wanted a taste of my Mediterranean piece, which then turned into the whole piece...not once but twice. This bread will not last long in my house. I might have to hide in garage next time I order.

Great communication the day my order was ready to pick up, The bread was still warm, the original sourdough was delicious. We cannot wait to dig into the blueberry/lemon. A chocolate chip cookie was also included and it was one of the best cookies I have ever had. Five stars all around!

I tried the blueberry lemon sourdough loaf and obsessed !!! It came with free cookies and omg so amazing !!! Wouldn’t have think that they were made with sourdough starter absolutely delicious !!

This is delicious! I picked up my first loaf today (Jalapeño and cheddar) and I’m so glad I found Wala! I love homemade bread and this sourdough is just over the top. My very picky 2 year old even went back for more. I will definitely be trying the other options as well. You just found a new regular customer!

I am so thrilled to have stumbled upon Wala’s homemade sourdough! My whole family has switched over to sourdough but it’s so much better to know I’m giving them a fresh, homemade loaf from a local mom! I can feel real good about that!

I recently order some bagels from Wala, Jalapeño and cheddar, Onion and everything. They all yummy but my favorite one is the Jalapeno and cheddar. Will definitely recommended. Jalapeno and cheddar 100%

I just had the most delicious sourdough bagel and cookie from On Crust We Trust! It was so good to have a real bagel and not bread in a bagel shape. Both my daughter and I loved the cookie too. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I picked up my first loaf of sourdough from Wala yesterday and it is SO SO good! My family loved it as well and she even lists the clean ingredients on the bag incase of any allergies, which exceeded any expectations. I can’t wait to try her other flavors and I’m so happy to have her in our community sharing her home baked goods!!!

My kids and family love them! Her bagels r addictive. We def will be ordering on a regular. She is very responsive and when I forgot the bread she notified me. Super sweet! We ordered the cheddar jalapeno sourdough bread. It was fabulous! Warm when we got it. It smelled so good, we could not wait until we got home so we tried some in the car. Nice crisp crust, spicy jalapeno and creamy cheddar. Delicious! Highly recommend!

I’ve just had the best homemade bread of my life from In Crust We Trust located in Middletown. I purchased the sourdough original and the Middle Eastern and both are superb. Ingredients are ‘clean’ and are listed for those that have allergies. Both loaves huge, are still warm, and smell amazing. The little touches added to the packaging are perfect. Run don’t walk. You won’t be disappointed.

This sour dough is amazing!!!!! I picked up jalapeño cheddar … regular and wala was kind enough to give me a slice of chocolate espresso which smells amazing!!! This bread is a game changer!!!! It’s soft moist and delicious. Feels good knowing that I’m eating something healthy for my body!!!! I will Definetly be buying more!!! I received sourdough warm bread today with all natural ingredients. So delicious and healthy! I got the regular, everything but the bagel and the Chocolate espresso. Loved them all!!

We love being able to get fresh baked sourdough bread right in our neighborhood. The bread is perfect; soft on the inside and the crust was just right.
