The Cheddar Jalapeño bread is wonderful. Flavorful with crusty outside and soft inside.

I purchased the jalapeño cheddar sourdough loaf and the cinnamon rolls in sour dough and the yeast. Bread was very good. Lots of jalapeños and cheese and a more dense bread. The sour dough cinnamon rolls were also good if you like your rolls to be a little hardier. The yeast rolls were excellent. I had bought the ready to bake and the whole house smelled wonderful while they were baking. Liked that I had control over how much icing I wanted to put on top. Would recommend you try both.

I ordered two items from Happy Loaf Co.—the Garlic and Herb Focaccia and the Plain Sourdough—. As soon as I got home my kids could not stop eating them! Both were made to perfection. Ordering and paying through the website was incredibly easy, and communication with Jessica was seamless. I will definitely be ordering again, as I already have my eyes on the Jalapeño Cheddar loaf!

I found this home baker on Nextdoor neighbor and am very glad I did. Her breads are so yummy. I have tried several she has made and they are all really good. My particular favorite is jalapeño cheddar. There is a generous amount of cheese and just the right amount of heat from the jalapeños. I can definitely recommend her product.

Absolutely the best homemade cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had! They were perfectly soft and fluffy, packed with rich cinnamon flavor, and topped with the most delicious glaze. You can truly taste the freshness and care that goes into every roll. These are bakery-quality (if not better) and made with so much love. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending to everyone I know! Mmmmm

I literally don’t want to eat eggs unless they’re farm fresh, and Jess has adorable backyard chickens that make the most delicious eggs. Off menu, but when you know you know! 😉

Jessica is a natural in the kitchen and her baked goods are a shining example of her talent. Her sourdough bread is next level delicious and her bagels 🥯... chef's kiss. If you want real bread, and real baked items that are made with real ingredients look no further. 10/10!

I absolutely love Jess’ baked goods and have been eating her sourdough for a while! I will easily polish off a loaf by myself in 2-3 days 😂 so delicious and you can taste the love! ❤️

This is hands down the best bread I've ever had! Just plain sourdough with oil and herbs was delightful, but then the flavored loafs brought it to a whole new level! Have only had one bagel so far, but may finish the rest before the weekend is over. Thank you for doing it with love and care and just right!

jalapeno cheddar is by far my favorite. i’ve been eating this bread since the beginning and i am so excited to see where this shop goes 💕

I have been eating this bread since before she started her sales. It is the best bread I have ever eaten! It's homemade, made with love, and no extra chemicals added in like store bought bread. It's also very affordable and never have had a bad thing to say about the food or the baker. ❤️
