These pistachio cookies are the best cookies I’ve ever had!

As someone who works in the nutrition space and cares about quality ingredients, I really appreciate what this bakery brings to the table. The bread is consistently fresh, well-made, and full of character. It strikes the perfect balance between wholesome and delicious, with clear attention to the craft and the ingredients. You can tell it’s made with care. It’s become a regular part of our home and something we genuinely look forward to. I’ve also been able to place special orders from time to time, which has made the experience feel even more personal and thoughtful. It’s always great to have access to food that feels both simple and special. Highly recommended.

Still sampling but blown away by how fresh and delicious each item is. Quality ingredients like organic flour and sugar which are rare to be able to purchase in any nearby store. Croissants were buttery, flaky, and the perfect size. Cookies are gooey, flavorful and not overly sweet. The babka looks amazing but we haven’t cut into it yet! Customer for life.

We had the pleasure of trying Lissette’s sourdough Challah bread and all I can say is wow! We picked it up warm on Friday and immediately dived in. It’s been four days, and the bread still feels and tastes like it was just baked. Also, we tried Lissette’s Sourdough chocolate chip cookies, and they are simply to die for! You will be surprised by the breadth of Lissette’s menu. Try anything, you won’t be disappointed!

Lissette brings so much more than a baked good into your home, she puts all her love, effort and passion for baking in each loaf, cookie and everything she bakes which is shown. I’ve tried a few flavors of her sample breads and they are all incredibly well baked and delicious. Today we tried for the first time her croissants and cookies and they are a delight. If you haven’t ordered anything yet do not wait any longer! It’s really good, fresh food for the soul. Thank you Lissette!

Lissette’s sourdough was a huge hit in my house. So fresh and delicious. The babkas and cookies didn’t last long with my kids. They loved each one more than the next.

The sourdough French bread is amazing. Crunchy crust and soft and delicious on the inside. The perfect accompaniment to homemade soup and excellent for sandwiches! The sourdough chocolate chip cookies are “the best cookies ever” according to my husband!

Just picked up another order of delicious bread! Strawberry and White chocolate and sampled a new bread and cookie! Thrilled I have found Lissett who is so lovely... and her talent of baking. ;)

Lissette is an incredible baker. The sourdough bread and croissants are AMAZING!!! I was also lucky enough to be given a strawberry and white chocolate sourdough bread which my family inhaled in record time. Definitely should try!
