Hi, I’m Megan, the baker behind Crust & Crumb. I run a small-batch sourdough microbakery from my home in Clinton Township, MI, focusing on naturally leavened, handcrafted bread. Each loaf is made with simple ingredients, traditional methods, and plenty of care.
