Iām Chef Mel. With a Culinary Arts diploma and over 10 years of experience in professional kitchens, I opened my own cake shop in 2025ābringing my love for delicate flavours and thoughtful details to every creation. We operate from a fully licensed, VIHA (Island Health)āapproved home-based kitchen.

š° Beyond cakes, Iām also an icing sugar artist. I began my cookie decoration journey four years ago, and I havenāt been able to put it down since. I treasure the quiet time spent fully focusing on the smallest detailsāthose moments bring me joy and leave my heart feeling full.
