I’m Chef Mel. With a Culinary Arts diploma and over 10 years of experience in professional kitchens, I opened my own cake shop in 2025—bringing my love for delicate flavours and thoughtful details to every creation. We operate from a fully licensed, VIHA (Island Health)–approved home-based kitchen.

šŸ° We use freeze-dried fruit powders to create naturally beautiful colours and delicate fruity flavours. Our signature cream filling is a dreamy blend of fresh cream and mascarpone cheese—smooth, light, and perfectly balanced.

šŸ° We believe sweetness matters, but never too sweet. A good cake should let natural flavours shine while bringing everything together in the most delicious way. From special celebrations to ā€œjust becauseā€ moments, there’s always a cake for you here.

šŸ° Beyond cakes, I’m also an icing sugar artist. I began my cookie decoration journey four years ago, and I haven’t been able to put it down since. I treasure the quiet time spent fully focusing on the smallest details—those moments bring me joy and leave my heart feeling full.
