All bread and baked goods are made with organic flour.

All snack mixes do have nuts unless personally request no nuts. I smoke the snacks in my smoker for 2 hours with apple and pecan wood chips.

All pie 🥧 crusts are made with sourdough and butter 🧈 unless otherwise noted. (I.e. graham cracker crust)

Boule is a round loaf of bread. A batard is an elongated loaf, but shorter than a baguette. Both words are French.
