If you haven't tried bread made with freshly milled flour you haven't had bread the way it used to be, packed with natural vitamins, minerals and protein. I use flour that I grind myself from organic glyphosate free wheat berries minutes before baking so that none of the nutrients are lost to oxidation. My fresh milled flour (FMF) sourdough is made from white wheat berries, my own sourdough starter, and eggs from my own hens. It has a delicious, slightly lemony taste. You need to try it!
