Handmade with all organic: unbleached flour, sourdough starter, local honey, grass-fed milk, salt . Cornmeal for dusting. Cooked on cast iron skillets.

Freezer friendly. Place on a baking sheet directly from the freezer and bake at 350 for 15 min.
