We offer 3-tiered prices:

***Basic (starting at $45/dozen)

For cookies with only 1-2 simple designs & up to 3 different colors. This design will have very minimal piping details & no lettering. If order requires lettering or stenciling, an additional fee will be applied to reflect this. This item can have small & simple florals.

***Detailed (starting at $60/dozen)

This is for cookie orders that require moderate piping details. This includes lettering & stenciling. 3-4 designs per dozen. 2-3 colors

***Elaborate (starting at $78/dozen)

This is for a custom order that has a lot more details. The starting price is $78/dozen which allows for up to 4 to 6 designs and colors. This also includes florals, & metallics.

***Most custom order request typically fall within the “detailed” tier. ***

We book out 3-4 weeks in advance and longer during peak time, such as holidays and graduation. Last minute orders are always entertained, so feel free to make your request. Custom cookies are a 48-72 hours prices from dough to packaging . Request made under a week, may incur a 25% rush fee depending on how much sleep I will end up losing 😆. Please read the descriptions of each tier to help you have an idea for pricing, but keep in mind these are starting prices and pricing may increase depending on your request as additional charges will incur, for example, for metallics, bubble letters, florals, watercolors, or larger cookies etc. Once you submit your request, we will reach out within 48 hours to discuss your cookie quote and go over all the details. An invoice will be emailed after consultation and availability is confirmed. Unless otherwise discussed, orders are to be picked up in North Providence, RI (address details to be provided upon receipt of invoice).

Packaging/ Shipping:

Our decorated cookies come individually packaged and heat sealed in clear cellophane bags, which keeps them good up to two weeks when left sealed and stored at room temperature.

Delivery dates provided are estimates only and we are unable to control any unforeseen delays of the delivery service.

All cookies are packaged and shipped with care to avoid breakage, but accidents do happen.

Once the package is handed over to USPS, we cannot be responsible on how they handle the packages.

Therefore, we are not responsible for damages during shipping.

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide to us upon check-out. Please make sure this address is correct before checking out as the shipping label is printed directly from the information you provide. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit. This includes but is not limited to broken, lost, or stolen packages and heat/sun damage. Do not allow your package to sit in direct heat or sunlight for an extended period of time. Do not refrigerate your cookies. For best results, keep cookies in their sealed bags at room temperature until your event.

For damage/lost claims, Buyer is advised to file a claim with the USPS.
