Iโm Vanessa โ the owner, baker, and cookie artist behind Blissful Delights!
Baking has always been a passion of mine, and I am a proud self-taught baker specializing in handcrafted, melt-in-your-mouth cookies. My journey started with my all-time favorite treat: the alfajor โ a delicate, flavor-packed cookie that many have yet to experience. If you havenโt tried one, youโre truly missing out!
As a devoted wife, loving mother of two, dog mom, sugar artist, and travel enthusiast, I pour my creativity and heart into every batch I make. From luxuriously soft, buttery alfajores (including my signature pink alfajores) to custom-decorated sugar cookies, each treat is made with love and attention to detail.
