You pay, we’ll bake! Unless otherwise stated on our site, all baked goods, including custom sugar cookie request will require payment in full to secure your delivery date. This allows us to not only ensure we have ingredients, but also allows us to source any new cutters, materials, perfect packaging etc. Your payment reserves your pickup date too! Win-Win for all of us! No exceptions.

Due to custom work required for each order, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we will do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.

The prices we quote for our products have taken into account the current cost of our ingredients, supplies, and utilities, but they ALSO include the cost of our time, experience, taxes, and business costs. What we could charge last year is not the same as what we charge today, and will likely not be the same next year, either. Yes, it's true that "such and such can do it for less," but we cannot and will not match or beat those prices, but we CAN and WILL guarantee a top-quality products. To that end, if you request a quote for custom cookies and it is more than you anticipated or out of your price range, please do us the courtesy of letting us know; don't just ghost us. If you have a price point in mind and would like to stay within it, tell us up front! It might not be the same as what you first wanted, but we will tell you what we can do for you, and we promise that we will do everything we can to make something beautiful and delicious for your event.

Decisions can be tough! I am here to help. Change requests for custom orders *may* be made until 10 day prior to your pickup date, however please keep in mind that change requests are not always guaranteed and additional fees may apply. The sooner you let us know of the changes the likelihood of changes being accommodated for your specific order.

Thank you for sharing them with me! They are just that, inspiring. Your blissful delights may not be perfect replicas, as cutters, colours, personal styles may vary- I will try to keep it close!

We can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, We cannot offer refunds as your cutter order, cookie décor & supplies has likely been already placed. But good news – you’ll get some super delicious treats! While we want you to love our blissful delights, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all UNEATEN baked goods within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. A refund is not guaranteed; however, we will determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

Cancellations will result in the full cost of the order to be forfeited. If you cancel, we can't always use the items on which we've already spent money (and often, time shopping, preparing fillings and icings, and more!) Additionally, we’ve likely already turned people away who wanted your spot, and it is VERY hard to fill spots at the last minute. So as much as we want to help everyone out, we need to be firm on this. If you cancel, there are no refunds.

• Delivery and pick up times are determined upon ordering. • Unless otherwise agreed upon, all orders are automatically considered pick up only in North Providence, RI (address to be detailed in invoice) • For holidays or special event pre-sales, we have designated bulk pick up dates/times to accommodate most schedules- so make sure to put that cookie pick up in your calendar. • If the designated pickup date and time does not work, we can usually accommodate a different date/time for a day or 2 before or after the original date, but subject to the baked goods offered. • Delivery can be an option if you live within Rhode Island. Delivery within 5 miles will incur a $5 delivery fee. Deliveries over 5 miles will incur an additional fee of $5 PLUS $1.25/mile.

Our decorated cookies come individually packaged and heat sealed in clear cellophane bags, which keeps them good up to two weeks when left sealed and stored at room temperature. Delivery dates provided are estimates only and we are unable to control any unforeseen delays of the delivery service. All cookies are packaged and shipped with care to avoid breakage, but accidents do happen. Once the package is handed over to USPS, we cannot be responsible on how they handle the packages. Therefore, we are not responsible for damages during shipping. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide to us upon check-out. Please make sure this address is correct before checking out as the shipping label is printed directly from the information you provide. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit. This includes but is not limited to broken, lost, or stolen packages and heat/sun damage. Do not allow your package to sit in direct heat or sunlight for an extended period of time. Do not refrigerate your cookies. For best results, keep cookies in their sealed bags at room temperature until your event. For damage/lost claims, Buyer is advised to file a claim with the USPS. *For rush orders you must upgrade shipping (Will have an additional shipping charge) *

Once you have picked up your order, what happens to your blissful delights is no longer our responsibility. Keep them safe, keep them cool, and follow the instructions we have provided regarding your baked goods.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you take sole responsibility for any allergy or dietary restrictions or requirements you or your guests may have, and you release Blissful Delights By Vanessa (aka Blissful Delights RI) and Vanessa Vasquez from any responsibility or liability resulting from consumption of items received. While we provide an Ingredients Statement with every order which lists the items used to make your order as well as an allergen statement (e.g., “Contains: Wheat, etc”), we make NO GUARANTEE that any items from Blissful Delights are 100% allergen-free, including but not limited to: wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and other common and uncommon allergens, as cross-contamination is always possible in a home kitchen.

I reserve the right to use all photographs, video, other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually. I photograph all my work and post them on social media. If you do not want your blissful delights in the spotlight, please let me know at the time of ordering. Your secrets are safe with me! Also, pictures may not always be accurate as colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than in person

Your payment guarantees a minimum order which may be increased but not decreased before the event date. Should you book your event and later experience a large difference in headcount (more than 10 guests) please contact Blissful Delights by Vanessa to discuss your options. Because supplies and ingredients are purchased in advance, we cannot issue refunds or discounts once the payment has been made. Additionally, we cannot guarantee certain changes in sizing, flavors, or decorations once supplies and ingredients have been purchased.

Please respond to communications within 4 hours, this is for your benefit as we want to make sure that we get your vision right. If we do not get a response, we will be forced to wing it! As we need to continue with completing all orders in a timely manner. 𝘏𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘶𝘴? Please allow us about 2- 3 hours to respond. For more info, please refer to our hours of operations. If you decide not to proceed with your order, please do us the courtesy of letting us know. Clients who “ghost” us or are unavailable or non-responsive to messages reaching out to them in advance of their event will forfeit their date and any payments.

Baked goods are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick up time without notice, forfeits your order (without refund) unless picked up by 7pm on the scheduled pickup date. If prior arrangements have been made for a different pick-up date than originally agreed upon, this will not apply unless you do not show up at the new pickup time. But take heart, I will donate your blissful delights to a family in need!

If pick up is impossible due to inclement weather, your order can be rescheduled for another day as stated above. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather, but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible. In the event of inclement weather, including but not limited to: hurricanes, blizzards, excessive heat conditions, natural disasters, or “acts of God," Blissful Delights reserves the right to cancel orders within 48 hours of the event. Your date may be rescheduled at the discretion of Blissful Delights, subject to availability. Blissful Delights further reserves the right to refuse delivery to any location in the event of inclement weather. Should the governor close the State, no deliveries will be made.

As a food handler, it is against the law to work while ill. By law we are unable to work on your baked goods until we are no longer symptomatic for 24 hours. This is for your benefit to protect you and your guests from foodborne illnesses. We all have a legal and moral obligation to always serve safe food and protect the public. In the event that Blissful Delights is unable to complete your order due to extreme illness or other major emergency, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity, and you may choose whether to have your balance (less any deposit) refunded or to reschedule your order to another date.
