We are a home based bakery located in Sylvan Lake, Alberta.
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery in Sylvan Lake and surrounding areas for a delivery fee.
How much notice do you require?
We appreciate at least one weeks notice but may be able to accommodate last minute orders depending on availability.
How far in advance can I order?
We are currently only booking orders up to two months in advance.
Do you offer vegan, gluten free or sugar free options?
We are happy to make any of our cakes and treats vegan with the chance of possible cross contamination. Unfortunately, we are not offering gluten free or sugar free options at this time.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 50% non refundable deposit (for orders over $100) to secure your order which is due within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. The balance is due no later than 7 days prior to pickup/delivery date. Full payment is required for orders $100 or less.
Will you copy a design?
Unfortunately, we will not replicate any design made by another baker. We are happy to look at photos you have provided for inspiration and make something completely unique to you!
Will you make a licensed character themed cake/treats?
Unfortunately, we will not make any licensed themed designs. We are happy to create a design in the colors to match your theme but will not use any logos or characters on the design.
