We take great care with every custom cake and are selective about the orders we accept to ensure the highest quality. If we feel a requested design isn’t within our skill set, we are happy to recommend another baker who may be better suited.

We do not replicate designs from other bakers, but we are delighted to create a cake inspired by a photo while keeping it true to our own style. Please note, we do not make edible images or logos.

A Surprise Cake is a fully curated creation by us — there is no customization. It’s our chance to try a new design, colour combo, technique, or flavour, and you get to enjoy the fun result at a discounted price!

Surprise Cakes are typically a 6” round or heart-shaped cake that serves up to 12 people. Occasionally, they may also be a mini 4” cake with cupcakes.
