Policies
Pickup/Transportation Tips
1. If you are picking up your order, you will be given a small piece of non slip material. 2. Please place this under your box on a flat, level surface in your vehicle, such as a floorboard. 3. In summer months, it is advised to keep goods out of direct sunlight and have A/C running. In winter months, it is advised to have your heat turned off. 4. Try to avoid sudden stops, potholes and sharp turns.
Storage/Refrigeration Tips
1. Buttercream cakes and treats should be held at or below room temperature (22° celcius). 2. Keep cakes/cupcakes refrigerated and bring to room temperature 1 hour before serving. 3. Leftover cakes/treats can be wrapped and refrigerated up to 5 days. 4. Cakes/treats can be wrapped and frozen for up to 6 months. Double wrap for 9-12 months.
