This cake is a triumph! It is so moist in texture, the perfect amount of sweetness and chocolatey-ness. It is gluten and dairy free, (as are ALL YES HAVE SOME desserts) it is egg and soy free. The cake is sweetened with coconut sugar only and the buttercream is sweetened with a mixture of coconut sugar and organic cane sugar. This cake will keep the just right freshness and mouthfeel at room temperature for two to three days, refrigeration will not harm the perfect texture. Do be sure to keep your cake chilled before setting out and serving in warm weather.
