Willow House Cookies is a home-based bakery, and while care is taken in ingredient handling, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Cookies may come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. Inspiration photos are always welcome. However, Willow House Cookies does not copy or replicate other artists’ designs. All cookies are designed in-house to capture the feel of your inspiration while maintaining originality and the Willow House aesthetic.

One round of minor design adjustments is included prior to final approval. Significant changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and are subject to availability. Once production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Pricing reflects both the product and the design process. Factors that impact pricing include order size, design complexity, number of designs, color palette, decorative techniques, specialty artwork, timeline, and packaging needs. Final pricing is confirmed once design details are finalized.

Rush orders may be accepted depending on availability and are subject to additional fees based on the timeframe of the request. Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Yes—shipping is available within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Once packages leave the bakery, Willow House Cookies is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier or weather conditions. Any shipping damage must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery.

In rare cases of severe weather, power outages, illness, or other unforeseen events, Willow House Cookies will communicate promptly and work with you toward the best possible resolution, which may include rescheduling or issuing a credit.

Because all orders are custom, retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for a partial refund or future order credit, depending on timing. Please refer to the full Terms & Conditions for specific cancellation timelines.

Orders must be picked up within the scheduled pickup window. Missed pickups may result in forfeiture without refund or credit, as cookies are perishable and made specifically for your order.

Custom orders allow for collaborative design, curated cookie sets allow for more customer specificity, while signature sets give creative direction to Willow House Cookies. Both options include personalization such as names, ages, or event details. The level of creative control depends on the set selected.

Yes. Willow House Cookies may photograph completed orders for portfolio and marketing purposes. No personal or identifying customer information is ever shared.
