Willow House Cookies is a small home bakery located in Asheboro, NC. The cookie creator and founder, Beth, is a self-taught cookie enthusiast. As a teenager, Beth took several Wilton Cake Decorating classes at a local Hobby Lobby that taught her the basics of decorating. Beth took over a decade break to pursue college and her full-time career as a social worker and has decided to re-visit her past hobby of sweets decorating. Beth manages all things sweet creatives and looks forward to continuing to expand the menu down the road!

PLEASE READ: Willow House Cookies requests two weeks advanced notice on orders of 3 dozen or less so that Beth can work with her full-time work schedule to ensure time and freshness are guaranteed with every order! On orders 4 dozen or more a five-week advanced notice is requested. Once final price and design are agreed upon, full payment up front is required in order to ensure that the pickup date is reserved and the correct amount of time to create your cookies is blocked off. Once payment is received, the order has been finalized and a receipt will be provided. *Orders 4 dozen or more can be paid with a 50% deposit within 5 days of request, and remaining amount due 15 days before pickup* DESIGN: WHC prides themselves in getting the perfect themed design for each customer. When placing the order there is an opportunity to share inspiration pictures. These pictures serve as a foundational understanding of the final design. WHC does not guarantee a direct copy of the inspiration cookies will be done due to copyright of the original design. WHC ensures matched thematic elements with creative liberty to ensure all cookie artists’ work is respected. PAYMENT POLICY: Completing this form does not require you to purchase. Orders are not complete and scheduled until details are confirmed for designs, colors, and shapes, a quote is given by Willow House Cookies, the invoice contract is signed and the full amount of cookies is received up front. All orders are taxed at %7 for any digital payment. Any cash payments have %4 tax. After submitting this form, as long as the date falls within the two-week or other requested notice, you will receive a response to your preferred method of communication (email, phone call, text). Payment for order can be sent through CashApp, Venmo, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. *If you have not seen an email, please ensure that your Spam/Junk folder has been checked* CANCELLATIONS: Willow House Cookies understands that events can be cancelled, or plans changed. Any cancellations made prior to 15 days before the event are eligible for a %50 refund on whatever finances have been applied to the order. Any orders of over 4 dozen require a 15 day cancellation notice for a %50 refund, and any orders cancelled under 10 days prior to pickup/shipping date are only %10 refundable. SHIPPING Willow House Cookies offers shipping to anywhere in the United States. Willow House Cookies currently uses USPS Priority Mailing. In order to keep our cookie costs low, we do charge the pre-set flat rate for shipping dependent on the size of box needed to make sure the cookies ship securely. Willow House Cookies includes an additional minimum of four extra cookies (at no additional cost) with every shipping order in case of any breaks or damage to other cookies in package. Willow House Cookies packages the cookies in a way that secures the cookies to prevent any damage occurring. A picture of the secured cookies inside the packaging is taken and retained for documentation prior to leaving the bakery. Willow House Cookies will not take responsibility for any damage that occurs after leaving the bakery that may be inflicted by USPS employees. All boxes are clearly labeled with "Fragile" stickers to ensure as much attention is paid to shipping the package carefully. In the event that damage does occur to the cookies, Willow House Cookies will work with you to guarantee customer satisfaction. Willow House Cookies will request a picture of the package upon arrival and the condition of the cookies inside should damage occur for record keeping. Chocolate covered Oreo’s and strawberries are not included in items that can be shipped. PRICING: WHC works to ensure that all pricing is transparent and easy to understand by the customer. All order costs include bakery box and individual wrapping of orders is available *UPON REQUEST* as of June 2024, character logo cookies incur an additional $1 cost per cookie due to the time intensive and color planning nature. SPECIALS: WHC offers specials frequently throughout the year that reflect season, holidays, or events. These specials often offer smaller amount of cookies purchased or additional sweet treats and packaging deals. If you are filling out this form to participate in a special currently being run, mark "special" on each option below. Pricing for specials differ in that they are set and include all packaging in the cost of the item marketed in that special. WEDDING ORDERS: WHC is proud to offer wedding packages to accommodate sweet treats for those special days. These packages are exclusive to wedding only events and will not be offered for large parties/events. All wedding orders requested require, at minimum, 12 weeks advanced notice. %50 deposit is required at request and the remaining is due 4 weeks before the wedding. Remaining balance can be paid in one final payment or can be divided out into two payments of %25 at the 6 week mark and the remaining %25 at the 4 week mark. AGREEMENT: Before placing an order, it is the understanding of WHC that the customer has read these terms and conditions and is giving their acknowledgement of understanding regarding the aforementioned information. By placing this order the customer is agreeing to all statements above. It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to WHC with any clarifying information needed prior to placing the order.
