I do not use nut or oat flours in any of my recipes. I do use coconut oil as the base of my frostings. While coconut is a drupe (categorized in the family of peaches, plums, etc) and not a nut, I want my clients to be aware of its use prior to ordering.

Frostings are made with coconut oil and not butter. At this time, I do not offer wholesale or third-party retail sales. As a Cottage Food baker in Illinois, wholesale production would require a certified commercial kitchen and additional licensing. However, I do offer custom cookie favors for businesses and events. These are perfect for corporate gifting, employee appreciation, client thank-yous, and special events where treats are purchased directly as favors for an occasion. If the opportunity ever arises where I am able to operate from a gluten and nut-free dedicated commercial kitchen in the future, I will share that update.

At this time, I only offer smash cakes. Smash cakes are available in 4" or 6" sizes and are simply frosted. More detailed or custom designs are not something I currently offer, as I want to ensure every order meets the highest standard. Delivery or meet-up is available at no additional charge within a 15-mile radius of Monee, IL. Delivery outside of this radius may be accommodated on a limited, date-dependent basis and is subject to an additional fee beyond the initial 15-mile radius.
