After nearly 15 years in healthcare, motherhood led me back to the kitchen — all thanks to my daughter. When her food allergies made it hard to find safe treats for her first birthday, I began creating my own and discovered that safer sweets don’t have to compromise on flavor or texture.
What started at home has grown into 🌼 Wildflour & Free🌼. A place for joyful, safer sweets that are made with care, because I believe every ✨body✨ should enjoy something sweet.
