Nicole is absolutely the best and the most sweetest person ever, she really gets the vision and creates the most absolutely delicious and beautiful cakes! I’ve been ordering my cakes from her since 2023 from holidays to anniversary to birthdays and even my gender reveal💙. Thank you so much for the stunning creation. The colors and decorations are ALWAYS amazing, and the cake was so fresh and tasty. It made our day! She’s the Harbs in the BX !

Nicky was very responsive and always updated me on everything which I appreciated. The design of the cake and sweets came out as expected. The cake was delicious! All my guest agreed and even requested to take some to go. Will definitely be booking for future events.

I’ve ordered several cakes from Nicky, and every single time, ALL the cake is gone by the end of the event! Her cakes are always the talk of the celebration and people are constantly asking where I got them from. I used to hate red velvet cake, but after trying Nicky’s red velvet cake I’m officially converted. That says everything about the quality and flavor she brings. She is extremely professional, reliable, and truly amazing at what she does. Every cake she creates has her own special touch that really makes it stand out and pop. You can tell she puts love and attention into every detail. What I appreciate the most is her patience no matter how many questions I have (and it’s always a million and one 😂), she never shows frustration. She’s flexible, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life. Nicky, I don’t know what I’ll do when I move to Texas without you!!!

Her cakes are always beautiful and taste amazing. My favorite are the chocolate covered strawberries — they are the best! You can tell she puts so much love into everything she makes. Highly recommend! 🍓✨

Honestly came across this page from one of my followers who had reposted her work and I was immediately intrigued. I ended up ordering my sister’s birthday cake and it was beautiful and so yummy. The cake was so moist and rich, i had regretted not ordering a bigger size for more cake! Definitely ordered some more cakes after that & customer service is always great as well.

Nicky was a pleasure to work with ! For my brother’s 16th birthday & my sister’s 25th , she outdid herself ! I was a first time customer and Nicky treated me like I knew her way well before our consultation. Her explanations are clear , she’s very organized, everything is laid out for you to see. You get a breakdown of everything you’re paying for! The flavors and the texture of the cake & cupcakes !! 10/10 💓💓

My sister introduced Nicky's cakes to me last year and I immediately fell in love so i knew she was going to make the cake for my son's first birthday. And OMG she didn't disappoint!!! The marble design to the filling and the cake design! She executed everything to perfection! Cake wasn't too sweet and it literally melted in my mouth. My husband is not a sweets person but he couldn't stop saying how good the cake was! The cake pops and rice krispie treats were a bit too!!! Everyone loved the cake at the party! A 100/10 definitely!!!

Whipped by Nicky is truly a gem in the Bronx. I’ve ordered from her twice when she was still Dipped by Nicky and both times were amazing! I’m so glad to see her brand GROW! My first order I got chocolate-covered strawberries, and not only were they so good, but Nicky was super professional, communicative, and accommodating with pickup options. They were such a hit I ordered some sweets again for Valentine’s Day to surprise my mom and sister. My mom is super picky when it comes to sweets, but she loved them — that’s when I knew Nicky was the one. Now I’ve just ordered a birthday/Love Island watch party cake for a friend, and I’m so excited to share Whipped by Nicky with the girlies. She’s sweet, talented, and everything you want in a baker!

I’ve been following Nicky’s baking journey for a while now and there’s a reason I keep coming back for more. She’s super responsive and accommodating. She communicates along the process to make sure things are as you envisioned. Apart from the great taste of her treats, she’s really creative and my orders always come out better than I could imagine. 10/10 would recommend.

I remember coming across her page in 2022 for a last minute chocolate covered strawberry order and I don’t regret it at all!! The most professional & understanding person, and really takes her time to make sure that EVERY ORDER is made with so much love and care. The cakes/ sweets are amazing and a perfect amount of sweet. My favorite cake flavor would definitely have to be the Tres Leche.

I ordered cupcakes last minute for my children’s school birthday party. All of the kids loved them. I ordered them the day before the party and it was still moist after being refrigerated. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needed baked goods.

I first tried one of her cakes in 2024 and since then I’ve had that cake in mind! I ordered one this year for my birthday a big cake for my family and there has not been a day that someone doesn’t ask me where did I get my cake! Not only is the attention to details like the decor of the cake, how detailed her website and instructions are, and the attention to care she provides is great! Nikki is extremely professional, lovely and keeps very open communication, But this isn’t just an aesthetic only business her baked goods TASTES AMAZING! Literally lick the cake tin amazing (guilty). the tres leche was very moist , but not too mushy. The cake was very juicy and bouncy but my favorite part has to be her vanilla buttercream frosting!! To die for! With all the flavors Nikki offers I can’t wait to try them all. Just two weeks later from my birthday my cousin wanted a gender reveal cake and we thought of Nikki’s cakes right away! Two magical cakes were made and the taste has been unforgettable. The only bad thing is that the cake is so good there’s rarely left overs, 😂 but that’s a battle i’m willing to take. I found my permanent baker!

I found her on the gram & bought some cupcakes to try out the flavors. I’M IN LOVE with oreo tres leches!!! I ordered a 9-inch, 3 layer oreo tres leches cake for my bday and EVERYONE loved it and asked for seconds but we had ran out of cake due to so many asking for seconds. I have another occasion coming up and I’m definitely booking with Nicole 🫶🏻 Honestly, I give Nicole a lot of props because a lot of other bakers cannot do a tres leches cake in a certain shape or design but Nicole can !!!

where can i begin….. I literally order one of everything, i started by getting cakes for close friends and then i just kept adding to my order. Im so glad i did, the tres leche cakes are so good.. it doesn’t deteriorate when i pick it up with my spoon and still holds enough milk. The regular cakes are some how just as moist as the tres leche!!!! my fav is hands down red velvet tres leche, i can eat that all day. THE WHIPPED CREAM IS AMAZINGGGGG i hate frosting i always throw it away BUT Nicole’s whipped cream is literally so delicious I love it. it’s not too sweet and is creamy and combines perfectly with all of the cakes!!

One of the best bakers I’ve ever met! Always response to inquiries, always on time, communication at its best, and lastly i simply love how i tell her to freestyle my cakes and she never disappoints.

I loved ordering my cake because she made my vision into a reality. I didn’t have a specific idea or how I wanted the cake but she helped me throughout. Very patient as well answered all my questions and was very thorough. The communication is there & the punctuality as well. On top of getting an awesome cake that tastes amazing, you also get a beautiful cake. Thank you !
