Unfortunately WhippedbyNicky is only curbside pickup but uber package can be arranged on your uber app for some orders located in New York.
How does uber package work?
With uber package you would have to open up the uber app on your phone and click the “package” option with the box image. Next you would click “receive package” & enter in my address given for pickup.
Remember to share uber details with me on the day of pickup with a screenshot photo.
Do you have a late fee?
Yes. But you have a 30 min grace period. Anything after 30 mins will be a $30 late fee. Over an hour late will have to be picked up on next convenient time frame for me or picked up next day. (Not always guaranteed pickup is open next day)
Do you take last minute orders?
No. WhippedbyNicky is made to order and works on many custom orders. You will have to place any orders within 1 week of your pickup date.
When do your bookings open?
Availability opens every Monday of the last week of the month that is currently open. (Example: August availability opens on the last Monday of July)
You may not place a request for a month not open for bookings or it will be automatically cancelled. This does not increase chances of securing an order. Lookout for announcements posted on the site.
What payment methods do you accept?
WhippedbyNicky accepts zelle,cash or payment through site.
Can I text you my full order via number or Instagram?
No. The best way for both the customer and WhippedbyNicky to stay organized is when the customer places the order through the site. WhippedbyNicky does not take orders through Instagram, calls or text messages.
Do you offer gluten free or vegan options?
Unfortunately WhippedbyNicky does not offer gluten free or vegan options at the moment.
Do I have to keep a cake refrigerated?
Yes. It is highly recommended you keep all cakes refrigerated as they are made of whipped cream frosting. It is not recommended keeping a cake or cupcakes out in extreme heat or in direct sunlight/ warm temperature. If you have a fridge to store it until ready to serve or a large cooler for outdoor events it should be fine.
How long do your cakes last ?
Cakes with no fresh fruit filling last up to 3-5 days. Cakes with fruit fillings or tres leche is recommended to eat between 1-3 days.
How many people do your cakes serve?
WhippedByNicky offers a variety of cake sizes & shapes! When requesting you can enter your estimated guest count for preference cake size.
Your cupcakes & cake are cold when purchased. Why is that ?
All baked and frosted goods are made with fresh and real ingredients. There are no preservatives or shelf stabilizers. Dairy and fruit is used in our cakes, frosting and fillings. They sit refrigerated to ensure safe to eat products. Recommended to let cake or cupcakes sit at room temperature away from heat/sunlight for 30 mins before consuming.
Do you offer nut free products?
Yes. But WhippedbyNicky operates in 1 kitchen where nuts & dairy are used. We do our best to be careful of cross contamination with any nut products. If you plan on ordering and someone has a nut allergy please note of it at the time of order.
If an order has nuts there will be a label sticker on the box warning it contains nuts.
