Velvet Tier Cake Co. specializes in custom celebration cakes with a soft, elegant aesthetic. All cakes are made to order.

• Inspired designs only (no exact replicas)
• Fondant accents only (no full fondant coverage)
• No sculpted or hyper-realistic cakes
• Edible images and toppers are sourced for your order

All prices are starting prices and may vary based on size, design complexity, and custom details.
6” cakes start at $85
8” cakes start at $115
Two-tier cakes start at $225
Three-tier cakes start at $350

Additional fees may apply for custom toppers, edible images, specialty details, rush orders, and delivery.
ORDER & PAYMENT TERMS
• A 50% deposit/retainer is required to secure all custom orders and production dates.
• Deposits/retainers are non-refundable and apply toward the total balance.
• Remaining balances are due no later than one week prior to pickup or delivery.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Velvet Tier Cake Co. Custom Order Agreement
ORDER & PAYMENT TERMS
• A deposit/retainer is required to secure all custom orders and production dates.
• Deposits/retainers are non-refundable and apply toward the total balance.
• Remaining balances are due no later than one week prior to pickup or delivery.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations made within 5 business days of the event date result in forfeiture of all payments.
• Deposits/retainers remain non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Custom items already ordered (including images, toppers, and specialty décor) are non-refundable.
CUSTOM IMAGES, TOPPERS & DESIGN ELEMENTS
• All custom edible images, toppers, and personalized design elements are sourced specifically for each order.
• Outside toppers, images, or décor are not accepted.
• All custom images and toppers are non-refundable once ordered.
PICKUP / DELIVERY & LIABILITY
• Client assumes full responsibility for the order once it has been picked up or delivered.
• Velvet Tier Cake Co. is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, heat exposure, transportation issues, or venue conditions after pickup/delivery.
Delivery Fees:
• $100 within 15 miles
• $2 per additional mile beyond 15 miles
• Delivery fees are based on distance and time and are non-refundable.
STRUCTURAL SUPPORT NOTICE
• Cakes may contain internal supports such as dowels and/or acrylic plates for stability.
• All supports must be removed before serving.
ALLERGEN DISCLOSURE
• All items are prepared in a home kitchen that may come into contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, and other allergens.
• Velvet Tier Cake Co. cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Client assumes all responsibility for allergy-related consumption.
ALCOHOL DISCLAIMER
• Velvet Tier Cake Co. does not provide alcohol.
• If alcohol is added to any dessert, it must be supplied by the client.
AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By placing and submitting payment, the client confirms they have read, understand, and accept all terms outlined in this agreement.
