I did a 3 year pastry/ baking apprenticeship under a WWII German Master Pastry Chef at the Ponte Vedre Inn and Club from 1993-1996. Since then I have worked in many hotels, resorts and country clubs. I have done fine dining and large scale production.
Been married 34 years and have lived in Colorado for 20 years.
I have quite a variety I am capable of producing. I can deliver in the Fountain, Security, Widefield and Colorado Springs area for an additional charge.
