Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required at least two weeks before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. This secures your spot on my calendar.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via Zelle and Apple Pay. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup after you receive pictures and videos of your completed cake.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available for a $15 fee. You can also opt to pick up your cake.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than five days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding the deposit.

Can I customize my cake design?

Do you offer fondant cakes or edible images?
Yes, fondant can be added to any cake for an additional $25. Edible images are also available for an extra $25.
Do you accept orders the day of ?
At True Bliss Cakes, I take pride in delivering cakes and treats that are not only beautiful but also delicious. To maintain the highest quality and ensure every detail is perfect, I do not accept orders due the same day or the next day.
