Refund Procedure:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 days of written cancellation notice, based on the Client Cancellation terms.
Rush Orders:
A $50 rush fee applies to orders booked within 6 days of the event, if date availability is confirmed. You will also have to pay the amount upfront before I begin.
Special Dietary Requirements:
If the client indicates special dietary requirements, I will notify them if these needs can be accommodated.
Timely Delivery:
For deliveries, I ensure the cake arrives on time as agreed. In cases of unforeseen delays, I will notify the client as soon as possible.
Additional Decorations:
Additional decorations (e.g., fresh flowers, cake toppers) requested by the client will be incorporated into the cake's design. A 72-hour notice is required for all changes, and additional charges may apply.
Cake Consultation:
A consultation may be conducted to finalize cake details, ensuring the client's expectations are met.
Changes and Adjustments:
The client may request reasonable changes or adjustments to the cake order. These changes will be documented and may affect the price or delivery arrangements.
Client Cancellation:
More than 5 Days' Notice: Client receives a 50% refund of the total payment (excluding the non-refundable deposit) if cancellation or rescheduling is communicated more than 5 days before the event.
5 Days or Less Notice: No refund for cancellations or rescheduling communicated 5 days or less before the event. The non-refundable deposit is retained.
Liability:
I am not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses after the client accepts the cake.
Not liable for undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. Products are made with shared equipment that may contact allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, gluten, wheat, etc.). Clients with allergies should not consume my products. The client assumes full responsibility for themselves and their guests during the event.
