I ordered the pack of 12 strawberries. The customization process was very simple and clear. I just sent the inspiration pic to her and I was given a price. I really like the invoice and emailing system that was used, as it’s very reliable, organized, and professional. I asked for Thanksgiving turkey themed strawberries and they looked exactly like the picture. The care instructions i was given were clear and informative. The strawberries were very delicious and my family loved them!!
