Do you deliver?
Delivery is available on orders over $100. There is a minimum delivery charge of $35 but the actual charge is based on product being delivered, mileage, time for round trip, and whether set up of items is required.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation policy depends on the type of order. Please refer to your terms and conditions that were attached to your order invoice.
For holiday presales cancellation is not possible. Items are offered at a discounted price and short turn around period.
Do you sell allergy free items?
No. My kitchen is not an allergy free area therefore cross contamination is highly possible.
Once in a while you will see I make vegan cakes or gluten free items however they are for customers with a known intolerance and sign a waiver of liability stating they are aware of my kitchen not being allergy free.
Do you make items with copyrighted images?
No. There are many bakers out there that will take the chance of not being caught by making these copyrighted characters, I am not one of them.
Why can’t you use certain items like cheesecake or use fresh fruit?
The state of New Jersey has set forth rules that a cottage baker must follow and two of them are we can not sell items that need to be temperature controlled or items that contain fresh fruit.
Therefore we are not allowed to make items such as:
Cheesecake
Real cream cheese
frosting (well we
can use mine
because it’s been
tested)
Cream pies
Whipped cream items
Fresh cut fruit
Chocolate covered
strawberries
How can I pay for my order?
Currently I offer 1 option:
*Venmo( no charge to customer for using this option)
Starting in June 2026,I will again offer:
*Cash paid within 24 hours of invoice
*Credit card payments (will incur a 3.9% service fee plus a $2.50 convenience fee for using cc)
Do you use dye free coloring?
Currently the standard coloring used in my kitchen is not dye free, however I have dye free coloring available but it needs to be requested on your order and color matching is NOT available when using dye free coloring. This type of coloring also has an upcharge associated with it.
Do you put ingredient labels on every item?
Each order does get an ingredient label on each box. If cookies or other baked goods are individually packaged for favors then each favor gets its own label.
Why don’t you make sheet cakes?
My cakes and buttercream are made from quality ingredients, which means there is a cost associated and these costs are much more than the local grocery charge for sheet cakes. Therefore I made the business decision to just not offer sheet cakes.
