Fresh milled flour is packed full of nutrients that your body needs. Because it is made with fresh milled flour and the nutrients haven’t been pulled out of it to make it shelf stable, it becomes a complex carb instead of a simple carb. That means your body doesn’t have the same blood sugar spike like with store bought bread. What amazes me, is that when we take it back to its God-given design, it is good for us! This needs to be consumed within 5-7 days. If you won’t eat a loaf that quickly, cut it in half and store in freezer. Because it is made with fresh milled flour, it will go bad and mold if you don’t eat it during that time frame.
