This cookie cake is a double layered cookie cake with mascarpone icing in between and on top. It then decorated with flowers, chocolate covered strawberries, and decorated cookies in the theme of your choice. Size is customizable as well

This recipe is absolutely amazing in helping up your supply. They have- fresh milled flour, oats, brewers yeast, coconut oil, eggs, flax seed, cinnamon, almond butter (peanut butter can be substituted), and chocolate chips (can be dairy free, if needed). Eat 1-2 a day to start, increase amount by 1 cookie a day if needed. These cookies freeze really well, and can be shipped anywhere in Texas.

All decorated cookies start at $40/dozen then go up depending on the design. I have a 2 dozen minimum order, and will only be taking so many cookie orders per week. I love creating my own design for your event, so while you can send me pictures for inspiration, I will only use it as a guide to create something beautiful.
